Born and raised in the DFW area, Seth brings local knowledge and strong industry relationships to every project he oversees. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and a minor in Business before joining Texan Drywall that same year. After completing his training in Houston, Seth successfully helped establish and grow the company’s Fort Worth operations.

Outside of work, Seth enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, fishing, and time with friends and family.

Reese Mason

City Manager

Reese serves as City Manager for Texan Drywall’s Fort Worth location, where he oversees field operations, client relations, superintendent management, and quality control.

Originally from the North Houston area, Reese brings hands-on leadership and a strong commitment to operational excellence in every project he manages. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and a minor in Business, where he also distinguished himself as a four-year letterman on the Texas A&M Football team. Reese joined Texan Drywall in 2022 and played a key role in helping establish and grow the company’s Fort Worth location after completing training in Houston. Outside of work, Reese enjoys spending his time outdoors, especially golfing, hunting, and fishing.

Irving Molina

Superintendent

Irving serves as Superintendent at Texan Drywall’s Fort Worth location. He is responsible for project scheduling, crew coordination, field communication, and quality control.

Born and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Irving brings deep local knowledge and more than 15 years of experience in the drywall industry to his role. He is responsible for project scheduling, crew coordination, field communication, and quality control, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Irving began his career as a drywall patch technician and advanced through hard work and leadership to earn his promotion to Superintendent. He joined Texan Drywall in 2025 and continues to play a key role in delivering successful projects in the field.

Keely McCarty

Office Administrator

Keely serves as Office Administrator for Texan Drywall’s Fort Worth location, where she manages accounts payable and receivable, billing and invoicing, warranty and customer service scheduling, employee onboarding, and payroll. Born and raised in the DFW area, Keely brings strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to supporting daily operations. With over a decade of experience in customer service and hospitality, she is dedicated to creating smooth processes and positive experiences for both clients and team members. Keely joined Texan Drywall in 2023 and has been a valuable part of the Fort Worth team since. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.

Originally from the North Houston area, Ridge brings strong local relationships and a proactive, results-driven approach to every project. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and a minor in Business before joining Texan Drywall in 2021. Since then, he has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth and maintaining high standards of execution across Houston projects. Outside of work, Ridge enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, fishing, hunting, and cooking.
